Which unfortunately cost me a couple of good panels, but...sleep. It's not a bad thing :) Today I hit up the Straczynski panel, which was inspiring as always, and confirmed that Captain Power will be out on DVD soon, JMS will be helming a series called Epidemic in the next year or so, World War Z is due in 2012 (maybe) and there was going to be a new Babylon 5 series, but it's now on hold, kind of.
I finished walking the entire dealer room. By the end my feet hurt considerably.
I went to the film/tv composer's panel, and it was nifty that I wasn't the only musician at the con, though I felt like an ass that I didn't know who any of the panelists were :P Aside from meeting Danny Elfman's agent, one of the panelists and I got to talking and he was nice enough to give me his cell number and say that I absolutely could send him the 5 minute score I did for the fanfilm a year ago :P
There was a bit of a clusterfuck finding dinner, and leaving the area early, so I wound up calling it an early (relatively speaking) night, but I'm ok with it. It means I can be well rested for tomorrow.
